Zruaa Farm ("we") operates a take-away ordering system. This document explains what data we collect, why, and how it is stored and deleted.

What we collect

• Name & phone — to contact you about your order and send SMS status updates.
• Location (optional) — only when you choose cash-on-immediate-pickup, to verify you are within range of the cart. Location is checked in real time and is not stored after the order.
• Order details — items, modifiers, notes, and price.

Purpose

Data is used solely to prepare your order, update its status, and contact you if needed. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Retention & deletion

Order data is kept for as long as needed for operations and accounting obligations, then deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Security

Database access is server-only and not exposed to the internet. Orders are not revealed without authentication (order number + last four digits of the phone).
