Privacy Policy

Lula ("we") operates a take-away ordering system. This document explains what data we collect, why, and how it is stored and deleted.

## What we collect
- Name & phone — to contact you about your order and send SMS status updates.
- Location (optional) — only when you choose cash-on-immediate-pickup, to verify you are within range of the cart. Location is checked in real time and is not stored after the order.
- Order details — items, modifiers, notes, and price.

## Purpose
Data is used solely to prepare your order, update its status, and contact you if needed. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

## Retention & deletion
Order data is kept for as long as needed for operations and accounting obligations, then deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

## Security
Database access is server-only and not exposed to the internet. Orders are not revealed without authentication (order number + last four digits of the phone).
